These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from D&G Hardware through our website or via our physical store. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

D&G Hardware is a trading name of Maria del Pilar Yusta Lozano, a family-run independent hardware store located at 13 Broad St, Alresford SO24 9AR, United Kingdom. Our contact details are listed at the end of this document.

Applying These Terms

These Terms of Sale apply to all products sold by D&G Hardware. They sit alongside our other policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. To the extent there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms of Sale will take precedence for the sale transaction.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We are not obliged to accept your order.

We reserve the right to:

· Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
· Limit the quantity of products sold per customer or per order
· Cancel an order if the product is no longer available, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method.

Order Acceptance

Your order is only considered accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that email is sent, we may cancel your order without liability.

In some cases, an item shown on our website may be out of stock after you place your order. If this happens, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for that item.

Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in British Pounds (£ GBP) and include applicable VAT where required by law.

We take great care to ensure prices are correct at the time of publication. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and digital payment services. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Product Descriptions and Availability

We strive to display product descriptions, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, or other content on our website are error-free, complete, or current.

Product availability is shown on each product page and may change between the time you place your order and when we process it. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund that portion of your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you when we deliver the products to the shipping carrier or, for in-store pickup, when you take physical possession of the items.

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Your right to return products and receive a refund is explained in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

· You have 30 days from delivery to request a return
· Products must be unused and in original condition
· Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

· Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product sold by us is limited to the purchase price you paid for that product
· We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to property

This limitation does not apply to claims for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

No Commercial Resale

Our products are sold for personal, household, or professional use by homeowners and gardeners. You may not purchase products from us for the purpose of reselling them without our prior written permission.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your purchase or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
